Example 1:
A small start up Dental service provider that had just
moved into new office space called us after weeks of frustration with their
mission critical network which was barely functioning at that time. We
accomplished the following for them:
Enabled the entire office to share a single dial-up
connection so all users could check their e-mail and access the Internet which
was very important to their daily operations.
Repaired PC workstations, allowing them to go on the
network and into use the next day.
Fixed various printing
problems a few workstations were experiencing, enabling everyone in the office
to print seamlessly.
Example 2:
A Title Medical office needed their small network
upgraded. That meant a faster Internet connection with security, remote access,
and all new computers.
Custom built and installed a number of PC workstations,
migrating some old DOS applications that they still wanted to use as well as
other documents and files.
Set up an Internet connected server to allow office users
to access the network remotely to work on such applications as Quickbooks and
Word files. This was all done using software built into Windows XP, avoiding
the costly purchase of new software.
Configured a firewall device
for their new Internet connection giving their network protection from hackers
and other unwanted parties.

An Art Studio needed to backup critical files.
We evaluated various backup solutions and replaced a
malfunctioning Zip drive with a Maxtor 40 gigabyte external hard drive.
Configured and trained them on Outlook Express.
Provided consulting services regarding domain name
registration.
Also helped them design and develop their website.

for easy reference.
Example 4:
A Graphic Design studio needed to upgrade their network to
keep up with tomorrow’s demands.
We migrated their network of Windows NT
workstations/servers to Windows 2000 Workstations and Windows 2000 server.
Developed user accounts and managed resources based on
Windows 2K security.
Upgraded workstation and server hardware, such as CPU, RAM
and hard drives.
Upgraded all of their network
cards and hubs to allow 100BT network bandwidth
